conscientious and non-conscientious behavior in professional contexts
This thesis investigates why a lack of methodical reappraisal of labor processes as well as the immaterial areas of labor and production theory has emerged in Western European society and how this affects our understanding of sustainable production. For this purpose, the author visited eight production sites within Austria and participated in their work processes, which, with their reappraisal of occupational practices, have opened up a more sustainable approach to the understanding and intersections of work, production and life. These theories have been collected and interpreted, and are intended to provide starting points for a sustainable understanding of production and occupational practices through philosophical discourse.
